PUBLIC AGREEMENT - OFFER
for the provision of services and purchase and sale of goods through the Zerna Service
This Agreement is a public agreement - offer (offer), with an individual who has accepted the terms of this Agreement public offer (hereinafter - "Buyer"), which includes all the essential conditions of the organization of purchase and sale remotely (ie through the Service) through the use of applications (including mobile), websites, content, products and services, or access to them, provided by Generics LLC.
The terms of this Agreement regulate the relationship between the Agent and the Buyer and the Seller and the Buyer and are determined by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII of May 12, 1991, Rules of retail trade in nonfoods, approved by Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine No. 104 of April 19, 2007 .
